Dr. Basil is a highly trained Canadian board-certified surgeon specialized in Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgery with over 23 years of experience. He completed his medical training at the University of McMaster, Canada with multiple distinctions and awards. He completed Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Manitoba, Canada.

Dr. Basil subsequently trained with world-class leaders in Facial Plastic Surgery in California, USA (With Dr. Paul Nasif). Following his training, he started building a practice in Dubai and Toronto focused on Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Basil has a special interest in rhinosinusitis and endoscopic nasal surgery, rhinoplasty, and redo-rhinoplasty operations, along with advanced techniques of eyebrow lift, Endo lift, and other outpatient procedures.
